How inquiry data is handled

When you send an inquiry, Polygun receives the information you enter in the form: your name, contact details, requested service, project description and a link to materials.

Purpose

The information is used solely to answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal for 3D services.

Storage and notifications

Inquiries are available only to the authorized site administrator. When Resend is connected, it sends a notification to the studio and a receipt to the email address entered in the form. Otherwise, FormSubmit is used for the studio notification; its copy may be retained for up to 30 days. The site records each sending result separately. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are used.

For its own traffic statistics, the site records pages, interactions, country code, referring domain, campaign source and medium. A pseudonymous key derived from the connection address and browser signature provides an approximate visitor count; the raw IP address and full browser signature are not stored in these statistics. A random session ID and the entry source are temporarily kept in this tab’s session storage and recorded with events in the site database. A new session starts after 30 minutes without a tracked interaction. If you submit an inquiry, its entry page and source are also saved with it. An administrator’s choice to exclude their browser is stored in a cookie for up to one year. No advertising identifier, third-party analytics or cross-site tracking cookie is used.
